VENUE

The 4th European Raccoon Colloquium will be held from 4th to 6th February 2026 in Gödöllő, Hungary.

The host of the meeting is the Department of Wildlife Biology and Management of the Institute for Wildlife Management and Nature Conservation, of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE University):

The Colloqium will be held at the Szent István Campus of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences in Gödöllő, Hungary. 

 

REGISTRATION

The number of participants is limited to 50.

 

The conference registration fee is 60€.

It includes conference participation fee, field trip, promotional gifts, coffee breaks, breakfasts, lunches and dinners during the conference, what can be found in the program.

Billing: We will issue an e-invoice, which will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided during the registration. Payment can be performed only by bank transfer. Payment process should be done within two weeks after receiving the e-invoice.

You can upload your abstract in the Log in for participants menu. After registration you receive a confirmation e-mail, including a code for log in. In your profile you can upload your abstract. 

The deadline for registration and abstract submission is 20 October, 2025.

No poster presentations are planned, you can apply for normal presentations (15 min.). In case of too many presentation requests submitted some of them will be recommended for short talk (5 min.).

 

The language of the conference is English. No translation will be provided.

 

ACCOMODATION

The MATE University can provide opportunity for conference participants for staying in the dormitories within the Campus area. If you prefer, you can find other available opportunities in Gödöllő. For more information check the Accomodation menu on this website.
