Gödöllő Dormitories

Gödöllő Dormitories are located in the center of MATE Szent Istvan Campus. On the fourth floor of Building B, a continuously operating commercial accommodation is available.

Each room has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, in addition a small refrigerator. Some rooms have air conditioning. There is a well-equipped shared kitchen on each floor, with 2 electric ovens (each with 4 hobs) and a sink. Kitchen utensils and ingredients must be provided by guests themselves.

There is a buffet on the ground floor of Building B, open from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm on weekdays. Another buffet called Zamat is also available in the dormitory hall, open every day from 11.00 am to 8.00 pm that offers hot meals as well.

There is a 0-24 hours reception service in the dormitories and a security service in the evenings to help to maintain order.

Other information:
The room can be occupied from 2.00 pm and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Payment of the accommodation fee is due on arrival at reception B, please indicate the need for an invoice upon payment. Please note that we cannot give a refund or credit for the accommodation fee paid. In case of late departure an additional fee of 50% of the current daily room rate will be charged until 2.00 pm, and 100% of the current daily room price will be charged after 2.00 pm. If your booking is for more than one night and you do not show on the first night, the booking will be canceled for the remaining nights. Please always bring your confirmation with you!

Adherence to the Policy is mandatory for all guests, violation may result in the exclusion of the guest.

Current prices:

  • Double room: br. 14.000 HUF/room/night
    + 500 HUF/person/night tourist tax (IFA) over 18 years

(This is the 2025 guest room price, which may increase next year!)

 

Requests for accommodation should be sent to the organisers, who will collect the requests and forward them to the dormitory.
